1. Return Eligibility

- The item must be unused and in its original condition
- The return request must be made within 24–48 hours after delivery
- Proof such as photos or videos may be required
2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Used or damaged items caused by the customer
- Products damaged after delivery
- Items without original packaging
- Change-of-mind purchases
3. Refund Policy
Refunds may be approved if:
- The returned product passes inspection
- The item is unavailable after payment confirmation
- We are unable to deliver your order
Approved refunds may be issued through:

- Bank Transfer
- Store Credit
Refund processing time may take 3–7 business days.
4. Exchange Policy
We may offer a replacement or exchange for:
- Defective products
- Wrong items delivered
- Damaged products during shipping
Replacement availability depends on stock availability.
5. Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled before shipment confirmation.
Once the order has been shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.
6. Refused Deliveries
Customers who repeatedly refuse confirmed Cash on Delivery orders may be restricted from placing future orders on Orimart Shop.
